Masak Lemak Cili Api with MozzaRella CheeEse..!! Zaque’s style ;)

Ahad yg almost indah..

Bgn pagi pukul 6 nampak suamiku tidur atas sofa???whaatt was he doing all night?

hmm..ok…I marry a workaholic husband lahh..what to do. So now I’m thinking of cooking something that he loovvess so much.Masak lemak cili api..hisshh..nak kata orang nogori, tak. Tapi suka makan masak lemak cili api ngalahkan org nogori..nak buek camno..dah ekau minat kat abby yus..huhu.

So we went to pasar tani earlier this morning after having breakfast at McDonald..hmm..lovely McD roasted coffee. Best..beli serai 5 batang 50sen.bawang 7 biji 70sen. Patu nak beli halia, amik sebiji je..masa nk bayar abg tu kata “amikla..abg kasi.” heh?? bior betul..abg ni nk meniaga ke tak?huhu..whatever..rezeki aku. Oh ya..udang sederhana RM10 sepinggan. Ok kot..So total pasar tani = RM 11.20.

btw, I would like to share down my new invented recipe for masak lemak cili api..It’s my style.heheh..Cik Jah oii..jgn lupa salin resipi ni..

Bahan2 ( Utk 2-4 org)

  • 1 biji bawang besar
  • 1 biji bawang putih
  • sebatang serai (diketuk)
  • 3 inci kunyit hidup
  • 1 inci halia
  • Cili api dlm 10 batang
  • Kiub ikan bilis Maggi ( tanpa MSG)
  • sebatang daun saderi ( US Celery)
  • 1/2 kotak santan
  • Mozzarella cheese atau Cheddar cheese
  • lebih kurang 12-15 ekor udang sederhana yg dah dibersih (jgn buang kepala, bersihkan jer)
  • garam secukup rasa ( I used 1 tablespoon)
  • Minyak utk tumis

Cara- caranya puan2 yer…

Kunyit, halia, bawang besar, bawang putih, cili api dikisar menggunakan blender. Sapa rajin boleh la tumbuk guna lesung batu. Panaskan sedikit minyak dlm periuk Vision anda (amboih mentang2 I ada periuk Vision, perlu ke nak mention Cik Jah??)..then tumis bahan2 yg dah dikisar tadi.

Masukkan serai dan kiub ikan bilis. Bila dah naik bau yg agak2 sedap hidung kita bau, letak dlm 1/2 cawan air. Then masukkan udang. Pastu kira sampai 20, masukkan santan dan kacau. Pastu masukkan cheese pilihan puan2 dan kacau lagi. Masukkan garam secukup rasa dan biar menggelegak. Bila agak2 dah masak udang tu dlm 10 minit camtu masukkan daun saderi. tadaaa..! dah siap.

Tak payah transfer, terus jer hidangkan gulai lomak tu dgn mangkuk periuk Vision kat atas meja makan.hmm…..sedap, lazat, tanpa MSG, penambat perut suami..wahhhhh gitu.

Selamat mencuba Cik Jah oii.. ;)

Simple but nice favour bag :)

Hey there! Just wanna share the post that I posted previously on my wedding website. :)

We would like to share with you about something special from Martha Stewart wedding. Here is a stamped paperbox favour ideal as a candy bag. It is very easy and cost savvy. Perfect for DIY bride. Just simple!

Simple sacks make perfect favor packages when given a handle and personalized with a stamp. To make them, you will need white paper bags (ours are 3 inches by 6 1/4 inches), a rubber stamp, paper cord, double-sided tape, and candy. A rubber-stamp company or office-supply store will make a stamp for you; just provide a line drawing or printout of an image with your names and wedding date. Stamp your design onto a flat bag (place a piece of cardboard inside for a smooth surface). Place candy in bag (don’t make the bag too heavy), and fold top of bag over twice. Place double-sided tape under flap of fold (but do not seal yet). Cut an 11-inch length of paper cord; knot ends and trim. Loop cord under flap, knot in center; press the flap down, enclosing the cord.
